SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping:

We daily ship parcels, pallets, crates across Europe and worldwide to more then 90 countries on 5 continents. 

Depending on the size, weight and destination of the order. We work with worlds most reliable and well known logistical partners to deliver your order to you.  All our goods are packed in solid export packing for maximum protection during the transport.

Shipping prices are automatically calculated and charged at the checkout.


Return:

1. Return policy applies only to the products bought on this webshop. Products or services purchased directly at Partshouse or Mypartshouse without use of this webshop will not be automatically covered by the return policy mentioned here below. Parts that are non-stock items and which are especially ordered on demand are also not allowed for returns.

2. Goods will be accepted for return within 15 days after invoice date as long as they are in a resalable condition and in the original packing and after written confirmation from Partshouse/Mypartshouse. If you wish to return the goods you must first contact us!

3. The transport costs to return the goods has to be paid by the buyer. 

4. In case that the goods are delivered damaged to the buyer due to damage during the transport of the goods. The buyer must indicate on the carrier's waybill, or in the case of courier shipments on the driver's electronic device, that the outer packaging has been damaged and must be signed by the recipient. In case of transport damage, the carrier can thus be held responsible.

5. Goods must be in resalable condition and in the original packing. If goods show signs of use, dirt, damage due to trying to fit the item, or any other reason why it is not resalable then we have to right to reject return or refund of the goods. Unless it concerns a warranty issue.
