In case of a quality problem, we always try to find a solution if we shipped the part less than 6 months ago. For this, we will try to work out a satisfactory solution that suits you best. For example: replacement of the defective part or a refund.

The refund or compensation is limited that the cost price of the part. Hourly wages or other costs beyond the cost price of the defective part will not be reimbursed.

Warranty is only limited to reasons due to manufacturer defects and do not cover defects caused by normal wear, misuse, wrong manipulation, improper maintenance, wrong installation of the part,...

Consumable goods such as filters, glass, brakes, etc... are not covered by warranty.
